She took this passion in her professional area as well; Angelina is writing scripts and directing movies with causes such as the last one ‘’First they killed my Father’’ that is an adaptation of human rights activist Loung Ung’s memoir. The movie tells a story of survival of Loung Ung as a child witnessing the rise of Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia. She also produced ‘’The Breadwinner’’ that is going to be on the big screen on November 27. The movie tells the story of an 11-year-old Afghan girl named Parvana. To attend school or work to feed her family, she would dress as a boy to be allowed in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan where women were not allowed.
Wherever there is no justice, Angelina goes and fights on her way. In 2009, she visited an ICC in Hague during the prosecution Thomas Lubanga, the Congolese warlord.

As the San people say: you are never lost if you can see your path to the horizon’’.
